Your diet should contain an abundance of natural dietary fiber. For most people this is not understandable and this is the principal reason for the incidence of hemorrhoid in the ignorant people. Wheat and oats contain fiber. This will be in the form of bran. If you eat wheat flour with bran then there is a good supply of fiber to your diet. All your food must contain this wholesome wheat flour and not the white flour which is devoid of any fiber. Similarly, you should eat coarse grain with the fiber content intact. This will ensure that you get good fiber along with carbohydrates. Now, let us look at the vegetables that you should start eating right now. Potatoes do not count as vegetables for this purpose. You should eat green leafy vegetables like cabbage, beans, lettuce and eggplants. These vegetables can give your body all the fiber that it needs.
If you are not a diabetic eat as many fruits as you like and you will be wonderfully cured of this condition for ever. Banana, papaya, mangoes and apples are excellent for you. Remember that you should make all efforts to get rid of your excess weight. Exercise for one full hour every day will be good for the body and will generally relieve the excessive pressure in the veins around the anus.
